place…and I feel lucky that we discovered it!
I just had to tell
you what a wonderful vacation we had while staying at Poipu Shores 104C. I have
to say, the view was absolutely amazing. From the patio and deck, we could see
whales jumping, slapping their tails and playing all day. In addition, on
occasion we were able to see spinner dolphins doing their tricks, right from
the unit! What a treat to see sea turtles surfing and swimming right below as
well…they were everywhere!! We had the great fortune to be there during
particularly high surf, and the sound of the waves crashing all night long was
delightful…so peaceful and relaxing, but at the same time…showed the
power of the ocean. The grounds were beautiful, and it was nice to have a pool
and bbq area to use.
The inside of the unit had all of the amenities of
being in your own home. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very
appropriate for the islands. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and
effort into the remodel, and it is absolutely beautiful.
We also loved
that there was a cooler, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, paddle ball, beach
towel etc. for our use…it made it so we didn’t have to think or go
out and buy all of those things when we got there.
Lastly, the location
is perfect…the sunny south side to call home, but it is an easy drive to
all other parts of the island. I find that I can never do all of the things I
want to do in one trip…Kauai is a little slice of heaven.
I am now
a condo. believer, all of the comforts of home, but in paradise! We are already
trying to find a time we can go back!

 This beautiful two-story Kauai
condo is located in the elegant Poipu Beach area. When you enter the property
you are greeted with warm colors and the sounds of the surf right out your back
door, filling the residence through the slatted windows. Inside, the condo is
beautifully finished with wood and tile floors, new appliances in the kitchen,
beautifully finished bathrooms, tasteful decorations, and all the other
conveniences of home. I was tempted to curl up and begin my hibernation, but I
got so involved watching the whales from the patio, I could not pull myself
away. Then in the two coves at the bottom of the cliffs to either side of the
property I spotted several green turtles and could not decide whether to watch
the whales or the turtles. If you get tired of sitting and watching everything
going on around you, may I recommend a lovely stroll on Poipu Beach that is
only minutes away. I was very sorry to see my stay come to an end and hope to
return to this Kauai paradise soon! Try to take in this property for a truly
relaxing vacation in this Hawaiian paradise.

I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed the
condo! We saw some of the other units and loved how well this unit was
remodeled- beautiful! The proximity to the ocean was great and loved that we
could watch the "whale shows" each morning and turtles all day.
I forgot
to sign the guest book, I usually like to when we have a good experience so I
thought I'd email you now that we are home. Feel free to use any of the above
for a testimonial or if you'd like I could write a bit more for you to use. We
really did have a great time and I can almost guarantee that we will look to
stay at this condo each time we come back to Kauai.

Hi Amy,
We just got back from Kauai and LOVED the place
and had such a great time! Thank you for helping us make the trip happen on
such short notice. The condo looked just like the pictures! Everything we
needed was provided. The view from the living room and the patio was just
amazing. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the ocean. The swimming pool
on the property, although not large, also had an amazing 180 degree view of the
ocean and was fun to swim in. We walked 5 minutes down the road to a great
boogie boarding beach. We were a little surprised that the unit wasn’t air
conditioned, but when you open the windows on both sides of the house and have
the fans on, it cools off nicely.

also wanted to let you know that Toni was so nice when she came over with the
key. She felt really bad and helped point us to a close restaurant to grab some
food- she even offered to go and pick up food for us if we wanted and bring it
back to make up for the key not being in the lock box. She was very nice and

Great - thanks Amy.
We loved the place - the location is
outstanding - highly recommended. Have you seen the property? The pictures
don't quite do it justice. Amy - I ran out of time and couldn't finish earlier.
That location set on a cliff in between two coves is very cool. Waves crashing
in all the time - it gets loud at night but you quickly adjust to the sounds.
Turtles all over the place surfing the waves in the afternoon feeding, whales
going by several hundred yards out, seals on Poipu beach and wild chickens
everywhere. Very cool. The beach is a short walk but it's nice it requires
walking. We typically stay in Wailea but this location has it beat - unless you
care for mall shopping which you can get anywhere. The remodel is also nicely
done - very comfortable and good quality Tommy Bahama stuff. The condo is a
little older but nicely kept - and - I don't think Kauui is ever going to let a
small condo complex build on a prime spot on a cliff like that ever again. I
saw enough bumper stickers that Kauai is not for sale. We loved it. Let me know
if they ever want to sell it.
